We are committed to your satisfaction and will accept returns for purchases made on our website www.baebi.com within a 60 day period from the date of purchase. Returned items must be in like new condition and in the original packaging. Please visit http://returns.baebi.com to initiate and track your return.
Warranty Policy
BAEBI offers a lifetime warranty to the original registered user against defects in materials and craftsmanship. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by misuse or any use of the carrier that is not in accordance with the instructions stated in our user manual. Warranty coverage does not extend to any carrier that has been modified or altered from its original construction in any way. Proof of purchase is necessary and product must be returned to BAEBI for warranty service. Please contact thescoop@baebi.com to initiate service on your product.
